BE A SMILE TO A HUNGRY FACE

The COVID-19 affected the whole country but the daily wage workers and migrant workers were affected the most as they lost their jobs and were forced to go back to their hometown because of the lockdown which made their livelihoods more difficult than it was. With the arrival of the second wave of the pandemic things haven’t been any better but it has been worse than before because they don’t have a job that can help them to get their daily rations.

HOW DID WE HELP?

A large number of daily wage workers have lost their jobs and are struggling to feed their families. In this situation, we showed solidarity and came forward to help those in need. The money raised was used to distribute ration kits to those families. The kit consisted of the basic rations necessary for a family. We were able to provide ration kits to 500+ families with this campaign.
